Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the technical staffing needs of the organization.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their technical qualifications and match them with appropriate positions.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and facilitate the selection process.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online recruiting, networking, and industry events, to attract top technical talent.
  • Evaluate and review resumes and portfolios to determine the suitability of candidates for technical roles.
  • Conduct technical assessments and reference checks to validate candidates skills and experience.
  • Create and manage a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new technical hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other activities to promote the organizations employer brand.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruiting activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical recruitment process and strategies.
  • Adhere to recruitment-related policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of information technology and technical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess technical competencies and evaluate candidates technical skills.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry networks.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying and engaging technical talent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Certification in technical recruitment or related HR certifications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices in recruiting is beneficial.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills for recruitment strategies and activities.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to accommodate changing priorities and business needs.
