Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to
support our hiring efforts across clinical and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and building a great candidate experience while learning the fundamentals of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess.
- Manage job postings across various platforms.Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment data is accurate and up to date.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-boarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
- Partner with the HR team on recruitment projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
