We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to

support our hiring efforts across clinical and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and building a great candidate experience while learning the fundamentals of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms.Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-boarding activities.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and source effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
  • Partner with the HR team on recruitment projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
