Responsibility:

Day to day reconciliation of all transactions routed through UPI Application 

Handling complaints 

Providing solutions to complaints with stipulated timeline. 

Desired Skill Set:

Recon handling experience in BFSI sector for Recon support resources.

Complaint handling experience in BFSI sector for Complaint support resources.

Knowledge of Basic Accounting processes of Banking 

Settlement processes of NPCI 

Reconciliation Processes & exception handling 

Adjustments of NPCI 

MS Office especially excel
