Role Overview
Own and scale customer payments operations at Snapmint, ensuring high reliability, uptime, and efficiency across all payment journeys (collections and disbursals). This role is deeply operational — focused on monitoring payment funnels, reducing drop-offs, and driving performance through strong partnerships with payment gateways, banks, and operators.
Key Responsibilitie
- sOwn end-to-end payment operations: EMI collections, UPI flows, autopay, refunds, and disbursal
- sContinuously monitor payment funnels to identify and reduce drop-offs across payment journey
- sDrive improvements in payment success rates, retries, and failure recovery mechanism
- sWork closely with payment gateways, PSPs, and banking partners to ensure high uptime and quick issue resolutio
- nSet up strong operational dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems for real-time trackin
- gDrive operational excellence in reconciliation, settlement, and exception handlin
- gCollaborate with Product and Tech to prioritize fixes based on operational pain point
- sEnsure high system reliability, compliance, and scalability of payment operation
- sDesign and optimize customer communication for failures, retries, and confirmation
- sBuild and scale a payments operations team capable of handling 10x–100x transaction growth with high reliabilit
