Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and performing general clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include coordinating appointments, providing strong customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle Receptionist Duties with a polished and professional approach
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organization, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to providing a positive experience for clients and visitors
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous
  • Proficiency with office tools such as email, phone systems, and relevant software
