Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls with professional etiquette, handling clerical tasks such as managing schedules and maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage the front office efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors/callers appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Support internal teams with coordination and communication
• Maintain basic records and documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Marathi
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and behavior

Additional Notes (Fresher-Friendly):

• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Candidates with internship or part-time experience will have an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
