Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for welcoming guests, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
