This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Lucknow. As a Receptionist, the responsibilities involve managing front desk activities, providing excellent customer service, handling phone inquiries, and completing various clerical tasks. The role requires ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

• Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and greeting visitors
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling both incoming and outgoing calls effectively
• Experience with Clerical Skills such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and managing office supplies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, visitors, and team members professionally
• Proactive and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and office equipment
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications in office management are a plus
