We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist Cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for managing front desk activities and handling incoming calls. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for visitors and callers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth operation of office activities.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques is a plus.
