Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Ahmedabad. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include providing clerical support, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to uphold a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to create a positive first impression
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
