Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Jaipur. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting clients on travel options, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The day-to-day tasks include advising clients on travel destinations, creating customized travel plans, booking reservations, and ensuring clients travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of travel industry software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
