We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain the office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
