Receptionist + IPD Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Receptionist + IPD Supervisor. The individual in this dual-role position will manage front desk operations, handle incoming phone calls, assist visitors and patients, and provide outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing in-patient department procedures, coordinating patient admissions and discharges, and maintaining organized records and clerical work to ensure seamless operations.

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in executing Clerical Skills with attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience in healthcare or a similar field is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer-based administrative tools and systems
