Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage the front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure front office cleanliness and organization.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and couriers.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate with office staff and support day-to-day operations.
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and visitors politely and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
