Job Description

Simaero is a global provider of flight simulator training to airlines, training organizations, and commercial pilots. As we embark on a major digital transformation, we are moving our infrastructure to a modern Hybrid Cloud environment to support a new AI-first SaaS platform.

Taking a significant step towards enhanced pilot training in India, Simaero India is establishing an 8-bay, EASA & DGCA India ATO approved Full Flight Simulator (FFS) facility. Expected to open soon, this comprehensive center boasts a convenient location just 15 minutes from New Delhi's IGI Airport. The facility will feature advanced simulators alongside a dedicated classroom with Computer-Based Training (CBT) for a thorough training experience.

Simaero is seeking a professional Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive for its DGCA-approved training centre in Gurugram. The role is customer-facing and requires high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk management and professional visitor handling
  • First point of contact for pilots, instructors, airline representatives, and vendors
  • Handling calls, emails, and training-related enquiries
  • Coordination with training, operations, and admin teams
  • Maintaining visitor logs, records, and basic documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety, security, and DGCA-related protocols

Requirements

  • Graduated in any discipline
  • 25 years experience in reception or customer service (aviation/corporate preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
