Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Noida, Sector 3

Salary: 10,000 16,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)

Experience: 06 Months

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage the front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure front office cleanliness and organization.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and couriers.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate with office staff and support day-to-day operations.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and visitors politely and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
