Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Receptionist. In this role, the Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties

Capability in handling Clerical tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data management

Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience in providing excellent Customer Service

Proficient in basic computer skills and office software applications

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus

Location:

Ahmedabad (Thaltej)

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors

Handle incoming calls

Handle courier and basic admin work

Maintain office records
