Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller
Salary Range: 15,000–25,000/month
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, preferred graduate.
Experience: 2+ years in the service-based industry, preferably with telecalling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
1. Client Greeting and Handling:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly.
• Direct them to the relevant department or staff member.
2. Call Management:
• Handle incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a professional tone and resolve general inquiries.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
• Manage meeting room bookings and schedules.
• Coordinate with the HR or management for interviews or client meetings.
4. Record Maintenance:
• Maintain a visitor logbook and monitor office entries.
• Update and manage records of inquiries and feedback.
Telecalling Duties:
1. Lead Follow-Ups:
• Call prospective leads, explain services, and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with clients and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
2. Sales Assistance:
• Pitch basic services to interested clients when the sales team is unavailable.
3. Data Management:
• Update CRM with call logs, feedback, and lead status.
Key Qualities Required:
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask (reception and telecalling).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
• A proactive attitude to engage with clients and staff.
