Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information regarding the organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as filing and data entry.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and Telugu.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and telephones.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
