Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding the organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as filing and data entry.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and Telugu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and telephones.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
