Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead/Team Manager at our Noida office. The Team Lead/Manager will oversee and guide a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals and optimize client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing brokerage operations, overseeing property transactions, coordinating with developers, and ensuring the team achieves performance targets. The role also involves strategic planning, mentoring team members, and building and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate practices
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and Leadership
- Problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in organizing team workflows and meeting sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market is highly desirable
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving shared goals
