Job Responsibilities
Oversee overall course operations and ensure smooth execution of batches.
Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and academic teams for timely and effective course delivery.
Monitor course schedules, attendance, and student engagement.
Ensure seamless communication between students, faculty, and management.
Resolve operational and academic issues to maintain uninterrupted learning.
Maintain proper records of course progress and reporting.
Requirements
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Experience in academic management or Ed-Tech operations.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and responsibilities.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
Salary / Compensation
