Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Specialist will manage property transactions, assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and provide expert advice to meet their unique real estate needs. Responsibilities include property research, client consultations, site visits, negotiations, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver excellent customer service. Collaboration with the team and adherence to company values is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including Real Estate Development and Real Property
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to drive successful property transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet objectives
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
