Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Bengaluru. The role involves actively engaging with clients to identify their property needs, providing guidance throughout the property purchasing process, and facilitating transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a thorough understanding of the real estate market, establishing relationships with potential buyers and sellers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and experience with property sales
  • A valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent Sales skills with experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
