Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Salesperson to join our team for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, identifying and pursuing potential leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations. The role also requires staying updated on market trends and conducting property tours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transaction processes
• 13 years of experience in sales/business development (Real Estate experience is mandatory).
• Candidates with own conveyance is preferred.
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs
• Sales experience and the ability to close deals with excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a similar real estate or sales role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

Salary:

• Monthly Salary 25 to 45k depends upon last CTC.
