This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating sales, and facilitating a seamless transaction process. They will also provide exceptional customer service, maintain market knowledge, and collaborate with clients to meet their real estate needs.

• Proven experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and holding a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Sales background with a focus on customer targeting and client acquisition
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Noida real estate market and area-specific trends is advantageous
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Relevant educational qualifications preferred
