Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru North for a Real Estate Sales Professional. Responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, assisting clients in property transactions, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process. The role requires building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, presenting property recommendations, arranging site visits, and ensuring all transactions and documentation are managed effectively.
Qualifications
- Possess a Real Estate License and understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide tailored property recommendations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the real estate market in metro cities is an advantage
