Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will manage and execute real estate sales transactions, focusing on the residential segment. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, the role demands effective communication to address client queries, provide clear and accurate property details, and guide them through the buying or selling process.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate practices
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach
  • A good understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently in an on-site setup
  • 1 year or less Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
