Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Pune for a Real Estate Sales professional. In this role, you will manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Your daily tasks will include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, managing real estate transactions, and providing market updates to clients. You will collaborate with the internal team and external stakeholders, such as developers and agents, for successful deal closures.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property and market trends
  • Excellent skills in Real Estate and Sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in local real estate market knowledge is an advantage
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
