Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Executives specialized in real estate, located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities in the property sector, and providing clients with reliable advice to address their needs. The role also involves property visits, negotiations, preparing and finalizing documentation, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, communication, and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in creating and managing sales documentation and contracts.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
  • Relevant work experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is advantageous.
