Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate Sales

Role Overview

Drive end-to-end property sales for customers by managing leads, conducting virtual/physical site visits, handling negotiations, and ensuring smooth deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and convert NRI leads assigned through CRM.
  2. Conduct virtual presentations and coordinate site visits for NRI buyers.
  3. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
  4. Handle negotiations and close deals within timelines.
  5. Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups.

Required Skills

  1. Excellent spoken & written communication.
  2. Fluent in English & Hindi (local language is a plus).
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
  5. High energy, confidence, and target-driven approach.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Graduate preferred.
  2. 1+ year of sales experience (real estate/NRI sales preferred).
  3. Must be currently employed or serving notice.
  4. Two-wheeler required for local client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Uncapped incentives (35K+ on achieving minimum targets; 1L+ for consistent performers).
  2. Performance-based 10% salary hike every 3 months (avg. 1 deal/month).

CTC: 37 LPA (experienced only).
