Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads from various channels and respond promptly.
- Conduct site tours and explain offerings, pricing, and membership plans.
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals.
- Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of clients after closure.
3. Market & Competitor Awareness
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Share insights with management to improve positioning and pricing strategy.
4. Centre Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, community managers, and finance teams for client requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, agreements, and billing.
- Maintain updated occupancy and sales reports.
5. Business Development
- Identify new partnership opportunities with brokers, corporates, and real estate networks.
- Participate in corporate events, networking meetings, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales (co-working, real estate, hospitality preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
