This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for actively engaging with clients to understand their property requirements, presenting and recommending suitable real estate options, managing property negotiations, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining exceptional customer service standards, keeping up-to-date with market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, the professional is expected to manage real estate documentation and strategies to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property
  • Strong Sales skills and experience in driving successful real estate transactions
  • Effective Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Bengaluru is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
