Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Representative based in Bengaluru. In this role, the representative will manage client relationships, support customers through their property buying or renting journey, and provide expert advice on real estate options. Responsibilities include assisting with property transactions, coordinating site visits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. The role involves achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Real Estate transactions
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and expertise in Real Property
  • Strong customer service abilities and experience in client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial property sales will be an added advantage

Salary : Fixed compensation + Uncapped Incentives

**5 Days working**

Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years for BDE | BDA role

Location : Bengaluru - Work from Office
