Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and manageclient site visitsfor residential projects
  • Follow up with prospective buyers and nurture leads
  • Present project details, pricing, and offerings to clients
  • Handle negotiations andclose sales deals
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects
  • Coordinate with CRM and management teams
  • Update lead status and client interactions in CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer experience during the sales process

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience inreal estate sales preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Fluency in Hindi & English
