Job Summary
The Team Leader Real Estate Sales is responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, improve team performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role involves team supervision, lead management, sales strategy execution, and coordination with internal departments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Handle high-value client interactions and close critical deals.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and site visit conversions.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 28 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and property sales processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
