Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru North. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee property sales operations, manage client relationships, and develop strategies to increase business growth. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their property needs, presenting suitable options, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring excellent service is maintained throughout the sales process. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and market demands.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License with strong knowledge of the real estate domain and market trends.
- Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate Sales and in handling Real Property transactions effectively.
- Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet sales goals.
- Self-driven and proactive with strong business acumen and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is an added advantage.
