Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead property sales, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our residential/commercial projects in Thane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end property sales (inquiry to closure).
  • Manage site visits and client presentations.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Generate leads through CPs, references, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners/Brokers.
  • Conduct follow-ups and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and inventory promotion.
  • Ensure timely closures and documentation support.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling residential/commercial projects.
  • Team handling experience preferred.
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Thane real estate market is an advantage.
