Responsibilities
- Responsible to drive the sales through Channel Partners
- Understanding customer requirement and get the closure
- Responsible to bring in the site visit to all the Sobha projects through cold calling.
- Responsible to maintain the client relationship and the channel partner connection.
- Having an active Channel partner connection is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Must have completed the graduation.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience into Residential property sale
- Self-motivated with positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Must have the knowledge about the Bangalore Real-estate market.
