Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Communication
• Conduct daily cold calls to identify potential buyers and investors.
• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline by following up on inquiries and leads.
• Present project details, pricing, and value propositions to prospective clients.
• Update and track lead activities using CRM systems.
Client Engagement & Site Visits
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
• Provide property walkthroughs and highlight key features and investment benefits.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and conversions.
• Address client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Sales & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout booking and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams for accurate project information.
Team Coordination & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Contribute to sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events
