Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead property sales, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our residential/commercial projects in Thane.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end property sales (inquiry to closure).
- Manage site visits and client presentations.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate leads through CPs, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners/Brokers.
- Conduct follow-ups and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and inventory promotion.
- Ensure timely closures and documentation support.
Requirements- 2+ years experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling residential/commercial projects.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Thane real estate market is an advantage.
