- Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call and follow up on both hot and cold leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, ensuring clients have complete knowledge of ongoing residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with team members to support overall sales objectives and maintain a collaborative environment.
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and handle all required sales documentation and paperwork.
- Present current offers and project details to potential clients and sellers for consideration.
- Analyze market trends and compare properties to determine competitive pricing strategies.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, loans, legal requirements, and related aspects.
- Promote properties through digital platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content and sales presentations to enhance client engagement.
- Accompany clients during property inspections, offering professional insights on suitability and value.
- Coordinate property closings, ensuring all legal formalities, documentation, and fund disbursements are handled smoothly.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and seminars to stay updated on market trends and enhance professional skills.
