Real Estate Sales Executive

Note:Candidates without prior Real Estate experience are requested not to apply.

Experience Required: 25 years in Real Estate Sales

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively call and follow up on both hot and cold leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits, ensuring clients have complete knowledge of ongoing residential and commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with team members to support overall sales objectives and maintain a collaborative environment.
  • Negotiate offers, close deals, and handle all required sales documentation and paperwork.
  • Present current offers and project details to potential clients and sellers for consideration.
  • Analyze market trends and compare properties to determine competitive pricing strategies.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, loans, legal requirements, and related aspects.
  • Promote properties through digital platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content and sales presentations to enhance client engagement.
  • Accompany clients during property inspections, offering professional insights on suitability and value.
  • Coordinate property closings, ensuring all legal formalities, documentation, and fund disbursements are handled smoothly.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and seminars to stay updated on market trends and enhance professional skills.
