Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida with Keller Williams Delhi NCR. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing property listings, facilitating negotiations, conducting market research, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals. The role will also require representing the company at client meetings, events, and property visits to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, including active listening and presenting offers effectively
  • Proficiency in market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple properties and priorities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools is desirable
