Hiring for Real Estate Sales Executive

Job location : Hapur

Salary : up to 50k

Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Generate and manage leads through networking, site visits, referrals, digital channels, and cold calling.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and assist clients through booking and closing formalities.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all current and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide timely sales reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred) or strong sales background in any industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with local property market trends is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure.

Basic Computer Skills And CRM Experience Preferred.

Bachelors / Master degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred, not mandatory).
