Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Sales Executive specializing in luxury markets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing sales processes, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include showcasing high-end properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role allows a mix of remote work and on-site interactions, requiring a dynamic and flexible professional with a passion for the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:Proactively follow up on high-quality, company-provided leads (Social Media, Portal, and Direct Inquiries).

Property Showings:Conduct professional site visits and viewings across Dubai's top residential areas.

Negotiation:Skillfully handle offers and counter-offers to close deals effectively.

Market Analysis:Stay ahead of market trends, RERA regulations, and new developer launches (Emaar, Nakheel, Sobha, etc.).

Relationship Building:Develop long-term rapport with investors to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Experience:Minimum 12 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (Off-plan or Secondary).

Skills:Exceptional communication and closing skills. Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages (German, Arabic, Russian) are a massive plus.

License:Valid UAE Driving License and own car (Mandatory).

Attitude:A self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your own pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Legal:Valid RERA Broker Card (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
