Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Executive specializing in Real Estate. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting properties, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the negotiation and closing of deals. The role also entails following up with leads, providing market insights, and achieving targeted sales goals with a strategic approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in Real Estate
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining professional client relationships
  • Understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Educational background in Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
