Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Visthara Ventures, Sahakarnagar, Bangalore

Type: Full-time | Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage prospective clients through calls, site visits, and walk-ins.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Coordinate property visits and guide clients through project features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with builders and developer teams.
  • Negotiate offers, support documentation, and assist in closure of deals.
  • Actively promote Raheja's listings through field marketing and local networking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with drive and good communication can apply).
  • Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, target-driven, and client-focused.
