Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage prospective clients through calls, site visits, and walk-ins.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Coordinate property visits and guide clients through project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain a strong relationship with builders and developer teams.
- Negotiate offers, support documentation, and assist in closure of deals.
- Actively promote Raheja's listings through field marketing and local networking.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with drive and good communication can apply).
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High energy, target-driven, and client-focused.
