Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Pune. In this position, you will be responsible for managing property sales, building relationships with clients, conducting site visits, advising clients on market conditions, and assisting them through all stages of the home-buying process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property transactions
  • Strong skills in Sales, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and nurture client relationships
  • Experience in the Real Estate market, with a strong understanding of market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Must have experience in west pune
