Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Real Estate, located in Pune. The role involves identifying and generating client leads, contacting potential buyers or tenants, presenting tailored real estate options, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying, selling, process. The Sales Executive will also conduct market research, negotiate deals, prepare necessary documentation, and build strong relationships with clients to deliver an exceptional real estate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, sales communication, and lead generation tactics
- Understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and property valuation
- Negotiation, deal closure, and contract preparation skills
- Strong organizational abilities, time management, and multitasking capability
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and compliance in real estate
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Relevant experience in a sales or real estate role; a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is beneficial
