Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Pune Division. The Real Estate Sales Executive will manage client relations, conduct property showings, generate leads, and facilitate property transactions. Responsibilities include building a network of potential clients, staying updated on the latest market trends, negotiating competitive deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Skills in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property principles
- Strong Sales abilities with a knack for negotiation and closing deals
- Proficient in Customer Service, ensuring a positive and professional client experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or sales is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be a strong asset
