- Support the team in order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide customer support by resolving inquiries and issues related to storage and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all tasks.
Required
- 0-1 year of experience in a support role, preferably in inventory management or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
